Oleoalmanzora is a newly created company in the Spanish olive oil sector, it is an agro-industrial project promoted by José Sánchez Parra, passionate about EVOO, but it comes from a long tradition of several generations of olive growers who have been transforming and adapting the cultivation systems of the olive tree to the latest technologies that respect the environment and that in turn obtain an EVOO of the best quality.The company has four farms with more than 30,000 olive trees in production of the Arbequina variety in a super-intensive system, and 5,000 of the Koroneiki variety.The main activity of the company consists of transforming the fruit of its select farms into gourmet extra virgin olive oil, making authentic olive juice available to the consumer, of the highest quality, a Premium olive juice.Controlling the entire production process of Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Oleoalmanzora" from the care and management of olive plantations, the correct harvesting of its fruits at the optimum time of veraison, the adequate transport, the correct milling by first cold pressing , only through mechanical procedures and proper storage in warehouses. Guaranteeing through this process that an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality and unique flavor reaches the consumer.The production process begins with the early harvesting of its olives in the month of October, by mechanical means that do not damage the fruit, to obtain an oil of the highest quality with only 0.1 degrees of acidity.The speed of transport to grinding, together with the low mixing temperature, hygiene control and quality protocol throughout the process, are the keys to our quality. To maintain quality over time, storage is carried out in inerted stainless steel tanks in a cellar at a controlled temperature, and the final packaging is in dark glass, to maintain the Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil as best as possible.
