Color blanco marfil. Pasta prensada, con ojos pequeños desigualmente repartidos. Olor agradable, con aroma que evoluciona a mantequilla y heno. Sabor intenso que invita a repetir. El tacto en boca es mantecoso, con moderada elasticidad.
