In the ´60s…..and in La Mancha,surrounded by a privileged habitat, FranciscoSaínz started to make cheese from its own lives tockof Manchega sheep. From then until now,technology and facilities have changed, but we keep making our cheeses with the same satisfaction and dedication as always (using traditional methods and a daily collection of fresh milk from the livestock), to offering our customers the best cheese that they can imagine.
