At the heart of the Picos de Europa, between impressive limestone peaks and lush forests, our ancestors started to produce Valdeon Blue Cheese.This tradition is in our DNA and our grandfather Tomás Alonso González was able to shape it by founding, in the 70s, our company “Queserías Picos de Europa, SL.”
