PONS is a fourth-generation family company (1945) based in Lleida, Catalonia, dedicated to the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and estate wine under a fully vertical model. With over 350 hectares of owned land, we control the entire chain: farming, extraction in our own mill, bottling and distribution.
The continental climate, limestone soils and early harvest generate oils with high polyphenol content and herbaceous, balanced and clean profiles. Our commitment to biodiversity, regenerative agriculture and varietal R&D ensures climate change adaptation and long-term viability.
