This is an organic wine from Ribera del Duero. As part of our commitment to excellence, every grape used in the production of our wines comes exclusively from our own vineyards. We carry out a meticulous selection process, carefully choosing the vineyards that best match the desired characteristics for each type of wine. In the case of this particular Pomar de Burgos Barrica wine, we meticulously select vineyards that are between 15 and 25 years old. This specific choice allows us to obtain grapes with the ripeness and quality necessary to achieve the distinctive and exceptional character that defines our wine.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
