Within the Ñ range, we introduce a new product that pays tribute to timeless, home-style cooking. Pan-crafted potato chips made in a skillet, inspired by the traditional sofrito recipe: tomato, onion, and garlic, slowly cooked and blended with extra virgin olive oil. The result is an authentic, rich and well-balanced flavour, where each ingredient brings character and natural depth. A golden, slow-cooked crisp that elevates a simple snack into a true Mediterranean gastronomic experience. Tradition, simplicity and quality come together in a proposal that connects with its roots and delights the palate.
For 30 years, PEÑAGALLO has been gradually conquering new markets with its line of traditional fried potatoes, until it became established in the national market and in other countries. In 2010, PEÑAGALLO began its expansion and created different types of traditional products with high quality natural raw materials, a priority for the development of its gourmet line. Currently, we have two lines in our production: TRADITIONAL LINE: Based on the production of our traditional fried potatoes, to serve our customers, such as distributors in the horeca market, grocery stores, food chains... PEÑAGALLO GOURMET: A special line with natural and healthy raw materials, for chains, distributors and stores specialized in quality products. PEÑAGALLO: A PLEASURE AT ANY TIME.
