Panceliac is an Andalusian company specialized in the production of gluten-free bakery products, serving both retail and foodservice channels. From our facilities in Seville, we develop and manufacture a wide range of products that combine quality, food safety, and great taste, always with an efficient, customer-oriented industrial approach. We hold IFS High Level certification and operate under the most demanding industry standards, which allows us to work with leading retail chains at both national and international level, under our own brand as well as private label projects. Our portfolio includes breadsticks, flatbreads, breadcrumbs, snacks, and specific solutions for the horeca channel, all gluten-free and, in most cases, also free from lactose, milk protein, and egg. At Panceliac, we don’t develop substitutes — we make bread. And we do it with a clear vision: to offer gluten-free products that compete in quality, rotation, and consumer experience with any conventional product on the market.
