Ingredients: sea salt and black garlic (35%) Our mixture, 100% natural, is a high quality product and almost exclusive on the market, as it is difficult to obtain due to the delicate process involved. Black garlic is a variation of common white garlic, subjected to a natural fermentation process, which makes the strong smell disappear and enhances its properties. Use: salads, seasoned tomato, sauces, stews, grilled vegetables, cheese, fondues, meat and/or fish.
