Join us for a unique tasting experience exploring the extraordinary diversity of Colombian cacao.

Colombia is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world, and its cacao reflects this richness. During this guided tasting, we will travel through four remarkable cacao regions: Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Caquetá, Huila, and Tumaco. Each of these territories has its own landscapes, cultures, and ecosystems, which shape the character and flavor of the cacao grown there.

Through a selection of single-origin chocolates, we will explore how terroir, climate, soil, and local traditions influence the aromas, textures, and taste of each chocolate. From fruity and floral notes to deeper, more intense profiles, each region reveals a different expression of Colombian cacao.

This tasting is not only about flavor. It is also a journey into the stories of the farmers and communities who cultivate cacao in these territories, many of them located in regions that have transformed their futures through sustainable cacao farming.

Together, we will discover how geography, biodiversity, and culture come together in every bar — offering a true journey through the landscapes and flavors of Colombia.
