Miel Mayem is a fourth-generation beekeeping business, established in 1915.
At the helm is Ximo Martínez Primo, a craftsman with over twenty-five years of experience, who continues the family tradition with a clear focus: offering 100% natural, high-quality Spanish artisan honeys. At Miel Mayem, we personally select the finest honeys in the country and package them by hand in our facilities. We do it the way it's always been done: carefully, without rushing, and with respect for the honey.
