At MEERMEAT, we have spent more than 20 years dedicated to what truly drives us: premium dry-aged beef.

From our beginnings in A Coruña, we have always been clear that we did not want to simply buy and sell meat. We want to know every farmer, understand the origin of each animal and take care of every detail of the process. Today we work with more than 1,200 professional clients across 16 European countries and distribute over 200,000 kilos per month, always keeping excellence as our top priority.

Our speciality is dry ageing, carefully controlling temperature, humidity and the characteristics of each cut to determine the exact ageing time it requires, which can range from 30 to 180 days.

We select more than 26 breeds from different origins, from Galician oxen to Japanese Wagyu, allowing us to offer a wide variety of flavours, textures and marbling profiles. In addition, we provide more than 150 references and different delivery formats.
