Alonso Abreu, manager of the organization, will present the white shrimp and its importance for the OPP80 – Armadores Punta del Moral fleet. He will explain the goal of obtaining the Friend of the Sea certification as a guarantee of sustainability. The presentation will include a live demonstration on how to properly cook white shrimp, along with a tasting for attendees.
