Mª Esther Ordóñez Dios, president of the regulatory council, will present the new international image of the PGI Miel de Galicia, focused on sustainability, support for beekeepers, and quality. The current challenges faced by the sector in marketing will be highlighted, along with the opportunity to connect with more conscious consumers. The new brand aims to open new markets with local, identity-driven products.

In addition, there will be a guided tasting led by Beatriz Ríos Cebreiros of the different honeys under the PGI. Attendees will be able to discover their varieties, flavors, and characteristics, both monofloral and multifloral.
