FEDEPESCA: Traditional fishmongers and new gastronomic trends

After a welcome address by Francisco Abad Picazo, president of FEDEPESCA, a live demonstration will take place showcasing the preparation of sushi using local fishery and aquaculture products. The session will be led by an innovative fishmonger (Iván Sastre García) together with sushi chefs Juan Guillermo Torres and Marcos Ramírez.
