During the presentation, the 2026 ASICCAZA Award will be presented to chef Javier Chozas for his work in promoting the value of game meat. After receiving the recognition, he will lead a showcooking session featuring wild boar preparations, highlighting game meat as a sustainable, natural product deeply connected to the land. Emblematic ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, paprika, saffron, fortified wines, and Iberian products will be used. The aim is to convey how game meat forms part of the gastronomic richness that allows us to speak of Spain as “The Richest Country in the World.”
