At today’s tasting, you’ll be able to enjoy one of the many ways to prepare the artisanal chorizo from Embutidos San Ignacio. It is cooked over direct flame, with alcohol ignited so that it cooks slowly until reaching the desired point. All of this is served with pulguitas and suizos from Panadería Vacmar, located in the Segovian town of Fuentepelayo.
