Helados Palacio creates artisan ice cream inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, using high-quality ingredients and balanced recipes that prioritize flavor and texture.

Our story began in 1994 in Pedreguer (Alicante, Spain), when Francisco Palacio and Maite Tomás started producing traditional horchata and granizados. In 2005, the brand Helados Palacio was created, consolidating a family project dedicated to crafting high-quality artisan ice cream.

Today, Óscar Palacio, Master Ice Cream Maker, leads the development of new recipes, combining tradition, technique and carefully selected ingredients to create creamy, natural ice creams with their own identity.

We offer more than 100 flavors, ranging from classic recipes to Mediterranean-inspired combinations. Among them: Pistachio, Hazelnut, Grand Cru 70% Chocolate, Lemon & Basil, Horchata & Fartons, Crema Catalana.

Has recently expanded its range with 500 ml and 125 ml tubs, designed to enjoy artisanal ice cream at any moment, as well as our frozen tablets, an innovative format that combines creamy texture with a distinctive gastronomic concept.

Our ice creams are made with carefully selected local ingredients, offering a gastronomic proposal designed for hospitality, restaurants and gourmet retail.
