The company was founded in Antequera in 1948 thanks to the effort and perseverance of the founding couple, Mr. Diego Sancho Melero and Mrs. Rosario Paradas Ruiz, and their children. This perseverance and dedication has been passed down from generation to generation until today. Today, the company is run by the third generation, who are determinedly committed to research and innovation in flavours and products, while at the same time not forgetting their origins and maintaining the traditional essence of those who were their masters.
