HARVEST: Selection of grapes in the vineyard and later in the winery. Manual harvest in 10 kg. boxes. Macerationcold maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentationtakes place in the tank and the wine is subsequently aged in new French and Central European oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby colour with deep purple tones. Intense nose with aromas of red and black fruits, such as cherry, cherry, blackcurrantred and black fruits such as cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Wood is also present with notes of cocoa, vanilla and chocolate.
