WINE MAKING: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank and the wine is then aged in American and French oak barrels for at least one year, a period in which it acquires the aromatic balance that characterises it, as well as its finesse and overall expression.HARVEST: This vintage was characterised by coolness, lower than usual temperatures and the large amount of rainfall throughout the growing season. There were some storms in the form of stones and a cold and rainy summer. The end of the summer was hot, helping the fruit to ripen. TASTING NOTES: Deep intense garnet colour. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruit. Characteristic aromas of wood such as vanilla, brioche and toast are also present. The palate is sweet on the palate, medium-bodied, long and persistent on the finish. Balance between fruit and wood also in the mouth, soft tannins.
