Throughout the day, renowned chefs and industry professionals will highlight the work of women from the sea and the countryside through demonstrations, tastings and talks that explore key moments in gastronomy.
The programme includes features such as Galician breakfasts with local produce, the prominence of women from the sea, cooking with tinned foods, premium meats and signature dishes such as hake on a skewer or Galician cheeses with designation of origin, always accompanied by wines from Galicia’s various DOs.
An experience that celebrates the role of women as bearers of culture, showcasing the richness of Atlantic produce and its connection to the region.
