IberOleum, the most comprehensive and prestigious guide to extra virgin olive oils in Spain, will present its awards for the best oils of 2025–2026. Almost 400 oils from different regions of Spain have been analysed in a blind tasting by a panel of professional experts from the sector. Each expert submits their organoleptic analysis and score independently via an electronic system; this data is then subjected to a statistical process that yields the final result.
Iber Óleum will present each of the 50 winners with a trophy recognising them as one of the best EVOOs of each season.
