Carbonara Challenge by Rummo celebrates its first edition with one of the great icons of Italian cuisine: pasta. A vibrant culinary competition designed to test the talent of chefs and passionate cooks, while paying tribute to the unrivalled quality of Rummo pasta.
This championship will test the talent of specialist chefs when it comes to preparing pasta carbonara, in this case using Mezzi Rigatoni as the main ingredient. Six contestants will prepare their carbonara dishes before a professional jury, which will assess the technique, texture, and flavor that best complement this medium-sized (“mezzi”) version of Rigatoni.ni.
