Arcecarne and Salón Gourmets are taking the burger to the next level in this competition, which featured high-quality meat from the Burgos-based company. From most traditional burgers to Angus burger and flavoured varieties, their burgers has been centre stage at this Burger Masters event, where contestants tasked with creating the best recipe using this gourmet, versatile product with its exceptional flavour.
In this competition, seven professional chefs had to prepare four identical burgers in 20 minutes, using meat selected from Arcecarne’s extensive catalog, demonstrating their skill in achieving the perfect doneness, juiciness, and flavor, with the goal of impressing a panel of judges who will evaluate all these aspects in detail.
In addition, Arcecarne presented a newly created type of burger: La Mestiza. They aired a commercial discussing this burger, Arcecarne’s facilities, and the services they provide to restaurants. There was also a burger tasting for the attending public.
