The Organic Exhibition Area is a space for the promotion and launch of organic products. The latest edition featured more than 200 products on display. in the showcases set aside for this purpose. All the products that form part of this area must have the European Union certificate and logo that guarantees compliance with organic farming standards. A space that the Salón Gourmets makes available to exhibitors where they can display their organic products exclusively.
