This grand national final brings together the various champions from the regional competitions, making it a top-level beer pouring championship. The participants, who have already demonstrated their knowledge, skills, and nerves of steel in their local competitions, will now compete to decide who will be the new national champion. A jury made up of members of Hijos de Rivera's Beer Culture department and beer professionals, hoteliers, and gastronomes selected according to the criteria of professionalism and experience established internally by Estrella Galicia, awards the title of “Best Beer Puller in Spain 2026” and a cash prize of €1,000.
