- (For the average restaurant/foodie) who currently cannot buy fresh truffles because: they are expensive, they spoil in a few days, they don't know how to use them, and they don't know where to buy them. We offer a truffle available year-round, which lasts for months, is easy to use, and easy to store. Sliceable at table
