Coarse spring salt from the Pyrenees, smoked with 8% truffle

The purest salt in the Aragonese Pyrenees, Spain, is found in Naval, a village with less than 200 inhabitants.

1.8 kg of coarse salt covers 200 g of truffle in a pan. Cook over low heat; the aroma will infuse the salt, and when it's toasted, it's ready.
