The executive chef of Alicante’s Dársena Restaurant, Manuel del Amo, will perform a showcooking demonstration of a delicious Arroz Meloso with small prawns and squid, one of the star dishes of Alicante's gastronomy. Additionally, the event will feature Cristina San Juan, manager and director of the Alicante Rice Symposium, who will discuss the importance of rice in the region's culinary culture and its relevance in promoting the city.
