As gourmets, we recognize quality in artisanal nougat, lovingly crafted panettone, extra virgin olive oil, pastries, wines and spirits, jams, honey, caramelized nuts, cheeses, bay fish, and high-quality fruits.
Our name, Essentia, comes from Latin and means "nature, fundamental quality." We added the word Alicante to highlight our origins, to which we are deeply rooted.
