Garganta Organista is an author-driven winery located in the Tiétar Valley, in the Sierra de Gredos.

We work mountain vineyards situated between 700 and 1,100 meters above sea level, on granitic soils, mainly planted with Garnacha, producing single-parcel wines. Our approach is based on manual viticulture, low yields, and a strongly agricultural vision of wine. Fermentations are spontaneous, using native yeasts, always seeking balance, precision, and a true expression of place.

Our wines reflect the classic character of Gredos: light in body, tense, aromatic, and subtly saline, with a clear gastronomic focus and good aging potential. Production is very limited and aimed at markets that value origin, authenticity, and terroir.
