El jamón Serrano Eutiquio es un jamón procedente de hembras y machos castrados de alta calidad. El centro de jamón Serrano Eutiquio tiene un aspecto exterior uniforme y atractivo. Su aspecto al corte es homogéneo en cada uno de sus filetes, mostrando una coloración de la parte magra rojiza y una coloración blanquecina y brillante de su grasa. Su sabor, poco salado y con matices dulces persiste en nuestro. Es, además, un jamón fácil de comer, poco fibroso, con la jugosidad idónea para crear un jamón con nombre propio.

Eutiquio is an agri-food industry dedicated to the manufacture of pork products such as ham, shoulder, loin and bacon.

All the products we manufacture come from Duroc pigs with Duroc genetics. We obtain products of the highest range, with an aromatic and attractive cut. Our Gran Reserva Hams with more than 18 months of curing give that extra point of quality appreciated by the most exquisite palates.

As a result of constant work, we have achieved in a short period of time, major quality certifications such as IFS FOOD, ETG, SAE LEVEL 3, RSA, and ECO 20.

Committed to the environment, in our new facilities, we installed 1,600 m2. of photovoltaic panels, which allows us to self-consume up to 30% of the energy used to produce all our products.
