El jamón de cerda madre hace referencia al producto obtenido de hembras adultas, que han sido destinadas a cría, sacrificadas con mayor peso y mayor edad que el resto de los cerdos. Se trata de jamones muy grandes, que superan los 15 kg una vez curados, y que se encuentran en menor proporción en el mercado. El jamón de cerda madre es un producto de alta calidad, con una parte magra más curada y grasa.

Eutiquio is an agri-food industry dedicated to the manufacture of pork products such as ham, shoulder, loin and bacon.

All the products we manufacture come from Duroc pigs with Duroc genetics. We obtain products of the highest range, with an aromatic and attractive cut. Our Gran Reserva Hams with more than 18 months of curing give that extra point of quality appreciated by the most exquisite palates.

As a result of constant work, we have achieved in a short period of time, major quality certifications such as IFS FOOD, ETG, SAE LEVEL 3, RSA, and ECO 20.

Committed to the environment, in our new facilities, we installed 1,600 m2. of photovoltaic panels, which allows us to self-consume up to 30% of the energy used to produce all our products.
