It is handcrafted with naturally fermented sourdough starter (which has numerous health benefits) and natural ingredients. This panettone is also topped with a sweet chocolate coating.What makes this panettone bombón special is that its name comes from its dark color, which is the result of mixing its dough with cocoa and dark chocolate chips.
