For the elaboration of our ecological pate, we select and chop the fresh livers and bacon. They are marinated with spices and the salt point is corrected. The cans are then filled, autoclaved and cleaned and labeled. Lumpy pate, with good consistency although moldable and easy to spread and crumble. Delicate dumb fools. Good distribution of components, lightly wrapped in an outer grease film. Pleasant and powerful aroma, excellent salt point. Intense flavor with spicy notes. Consistent texture where juiciness notes predominate. Soft and greasy once handled.
