Fresh organic pork meat

We elaborate our range of organic fresh meat from our own livestock of Duroc pigs raised in freedom, in our farm 'El Encinar', located in the Ocón Valley, La Rioja, an area declared by the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. An enviable home where Duroc pigs live quietly and grow at a leisurely pace, with a 100% organic diet composed of acorns, roots and pastures found on the farm and complemented with organic cereal feed, grown and transformed on the farm itself .We offer all kinds of cuts: loin tape, sirloin, ribs, prey, pen, secret ...Our organic fresh meat is a veined meat of intramuscular fat, with a very juicy flavor. It has higher values of healthy profile fatty acids such as oleic, linoleic and palmitoleic. It retains the organoleptic profile and highlights a higher juiciness value and presents lower hardness values and better chewiness.

All the paper that will be used in this new packaging, which we hope to implement in our products soon, is FSC © certified from responsibly managed forests and is made up only of 100% virgin fibers and does not contain mineral oils. These are totally innovative solutions that will allow the reduction of 80% of the plastic present in our current packaging. One more step in our company in the commitment to the conservation of the environment and sustainability that we started with our ecological agriculture and livestock project. Over the years we are incorporating more and more initiatives (use of clean energy, recycling rainwater ...) to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment, collaborating to the extent of our possibilities in the fight against change climate and environmental challenges we face while offering consumers quality sausages and meats that take care of their health and the planet

In our farm "El Encinar de Ocón", located in the Ocón Valley (La Rioja - Spain), we raise our Duroc pigs in total freedom. Its almost 100 hectares of low forest are covered by a lush tree-lined oak and oak tree surrounded by a privileged environment, with a rich historical, cultural and archaeological heritage declared by UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.Our products have ecological certification and are more natural and healthy. Without any artificial ingredients or additives they also have the total guarantee of being free of chemicals, hormones and antibiotics.
