Its inclusive bakery in Tàrrega creates employment opportunities for people with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion, turning diversity into creativity and innovation. Their signature product, Arrugats, was born from an imperfection: wrinkled wafers that unexpectedly became a delicious success story. Today, Arrugats represent most of the bakery’s production and embody El Rosal’s identity—artisan, original and deeply social. Alongside its iconic biscuit rose and other handmade specialties, they show how extraordinary products can emerge from difference, care and craft.
