Dominguez y Rosy is a family business founded in 1925 specialising in artisan bakery and confectionery. Manuel Domínguez Gamero, the promoter of this business, comes from a family with a long tradition in the trade, as his parents owned a bakery business dating back to 1925 in Oliva de la Frontera in the province of Badajoz. Manuel founded a new industry outside the family business in Zahínos in 1990 under the name of Domínguez y Rosy.Soon after, he opens a pilot shop, whose main activity is the sale of a wide variety of bakery and confectionery products. Due to its immediate success, it was encouraged to undertake an expansion plan based on the opening of new points of sale, and distribution to supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Nowadays we have opened a new industry equipped with the latest technological advances in bakery and confectionery, in a plot of land of about 8.000 m2, located in Oliva de la Frontera (Badajoz). Today we have managed to combine high technology and the old know-how to produce the most varied range of products, selecting the highest quality ingredients, following a careful process of elaboration so that in each product you can enjoy the irresistible taste and texture of our most special recipes. All this is possible thanks to our ideal facilities and the work of a team of fully qualified professionals, our obsession is to offer our customers the highest possible quality in our products, working day after day.
