Docamar presents potato chips specially created to be enjoyed with brava sauce and other aperitif toppings. Their cut, slightly thicker than usual, helps them hold sauce better and creates a fuller snacking experience. In addition, the horizontal bag format is designed to open comfortably and allow sauce, mussels, anchovies in vinegar or other toppings to be added directly. Inspired by Madrid’s traditional bar culture, this product turns the aperitif into a more practical, original and shareable experience.

Docamar is a traditional Madrid bar-restaurant founded in 1963 and widely known for its famous “patatas bravas.” With more than 60 years of history and three generations leading the business, we produce our own signature brava sauce, an artisanal recipe that is vegan and free from common allergens. Today, Docamar combines the spirit of a classic neighborhood bar with new gastronomic projects, including the production and distribution of our brava sauce and artisan potato chips. Our cuisine is simple, honest and rooted in Madrid’s bar culture.
