We are a family-owned agri-food company located in the heart of El Bierzo. Our journey began in 1986, combining tradition and innovation to provide the finest raw materials, which are used to produce the exquisite traditional preserves of “SAT EL ARTESANO RAÚL VALCARCE.”
For 40 years, strong support has been given to the company’s agricultural department so that it can supply a large portion of the raw materials. These are processed in our modern facilities, resulting in top-quality fruits and vegetables reflected in each and every final product. We are members of the Asociación de Artesanos Agroalimentarios de Castilla y León under registration number EAA/LE-0068 as an officially recognized artisan company of Castilla y León, and we are part of the Tierra de Sabor quality seal. Our roasted peppers hold the Indicación Geográfica Protegida Pimiento Asado del Bierzo status, and the chestnuts we use carry the Marca de Garantía Castaña del Bierzo. We also work in collaboration with the Marca de Garantía Pera Conferencia del Bierzo and the Denominación de Origen Manzana Reineta del Bierzo.
In 2000, De Lo Nuestro Artesano inaugurated its current facilities, which include a modern factory fully compliant with all food safety requirements (vacuum detection systems, sterilization autoclave, etc.). The facilities are designed around three core principles: craftsmanship, advanced technology, and quality — all under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, ensuring best manufacturing practices. Our facilities are complemented by a well-stocked shop where customers can make their purchases. We specialize in corporate gifts, special occasion details, and above all, Christmas hampers.
