CONSERVAS EMILIA is a family business, founded at the end of the 80s, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Ms. Emilia Fuentes Ruiz, a veteran worker in the canning sector, who knew from a very young age the secrets of artisanal canning. Its creation responded to the need to relaunch the artisanal manufacture of Cantabrian anchovies to offer a final product of the highest quality.

Conservas Emilia's priority is the selection of the best raw material and a careful preparation of all our products. We maintain traditional production methods and exhaustive quality control. It is the only way to get a high quality product to satisfy the most demanding customers. Nowadays, Conservas Emilia produces more than 70 product sku's that can be found in specialized stores and restaurants nationally and internationally. Conservas Emilia products are distributed in Spain, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Mexico, Italy, Monaco and Australia, among other countries.

Our flagship product is undoubtedly the Cantabrian Anchovy: - It has been awarded for the best anchovy in 3 times at the Anchovy Fair Tasting held in Santoña. - It has the Controlled Quality seal 'Anchoa de Cantabria' which certifies that the raw material used is from the Cantabrian Sea, captured during the spring coastal season and made entirely in Cantabria. We also produce Cantabrian White Tuna and Bonito Tuna Belly, Cantabrian Marinated White Anchovies, a range of fish pâtes and ready to eat dishes, and other preserves: Relanzón (Garfish), mussels and Baby eels surimi. Our most recent addition to Conservas Emilia's products is Cooked Octopus in its juice. We have achieved its optimal cooking point and the octopus keeps all its FLAVOR and EXCEPTIONAL texture.
