Chocolates Sole is a manufacturer of superior organic chocolate with a long tradition of using only the finest and most authentic ingredients. Founded over 70 years ago, we are family owned business that has always taken great pride in the excellence of its products and in the natural character of the ingredients used.
Chocolates Solé takes care of the entire production cycle from bean to bar in order to be in a position to offer the highest level of assurance to our customers. We source our beans from carefully selected organic plantations in theDominican Republic (we have been making organic chocolate since 1999). Our manufacturing processes follow traditional artisan procedures while also benefitting from the latest technology. Our range includes a wide variety of 100 g bars in different flavours and blends including no added sugar bars (sweetened with organic Agave). We also offer some 25 g bars together with a number of other formats suitable for drinking or for food service use, all of which are certified organic.
