Jerez.  100% Palomino. Fermentation of the must, addition of wine alcohol until reaching an alcohol content of 15% vol. It completes the biological ageing and begins the oxidative ageing process using the Solera and Criaderas Sherry system. Its select aged American oak solera butts breed this superior quality wine. Alcohol content: 19.5% vol.  Amber in color with greenish and bright edges. Intense, fresh, sharp, very persistent and dry.  Memories of its biological ageing, almonds, hazelnuts and wood.  Recommended with Mexican food, vegetables such as artichokes or asparagus, rice, fish and Japanese food.
Cayetano del Pino is a winery founded in Jerez de la Frontera in 1886 by Cayetano del Pino, a 140-year-old family legacy. In 2022, the winery was acquired by a new owner, Fulgencio Meseguer, who has managed to maintain the essence and character that has always defined his wines, respecting their tradition and legacy. Throughout its history, the almacenista stage - an intermediate phase in the evolution of the winery - has been decisive in defining the personality of its wines.
