The organic aging begins through the traditional system of“Criaderas y Soleras”, and that is when it is alcoholized until reaching 17% vol. beginning the oxidative aging.Its select and aged American solera butts breed thiswine of superior – quality, where time sets the rhythm for a unique and unforgettable result. Alcohol Content: 20.5% vol.Format: 75 cl. Tasting sheet: Amber- colored with bright green edges.Its aroma is intense, slightly pungent. On the palate it is warm and dry, velvety, and very persistent. Cayetano del Pino is a winery founded in Jerez de la Frontera in 1886 by Cayetano del Pino, a 140-year-old family legacy. In 2022, the winery was acquired by a new owner, Fulgencio Meseguer, who has managed to maintain the essence and character that has always defined his wines, respecting their tradition and legacy. Throughout its history, the almacenista stage - an intermediate phase in the evolution of the winery - has been decisive in defining the personality of its wines. During this period, the high concentration of nutrients, the result of natural evaporation in the winery, has contributed to giving them a unique complexity.
