Jerez-Xeres-Sherry.: 100% Palomino. Fermentation of the wort, addition of wine alcohol until it reaches an alcohol content 15% vol. Ends its biological upbringing in on boards and the wine alcohol is increased to 17% vol. The aging process begins oxidative of Solera and criaderas for more than 30 years. Alcohol content: 22% vol.  Amber color, piping greenish, bright and glyceric.  Intense aroma, spicy, with a predominance of almonds and Oak wood notes. Powerful, warm, deep and of great persistence, hazelnuts, coffee and a long and pleasant aftertaste of liquorice.  Recommended with stews, game meats and chocolates.  
Cayetano del Pino is a winery founded in Jerez de la Frontera in 1886 by Cayetano del Pino, a 140-year-old family legacy. In 2022, the winery was acquired by a new owner, Fulgencio Meseguer, who has managed to maintain the essence and character that has always defined his wines, respecting their tradition and legacy. Throughout its history, the almacenista stage - an intermediate phase in the evolution of the winery - has been decisive in defining the personality of its wines.
