We will conduct a tasting of our most aged vinegars: Piedra Luenga Crianza 27-year-old vinegar, Piedra Luenga Oloroso 27-year-old vinegar, and Piedra Luenga PX 27-year-old vinegar. To finish, we will sample our PX vinegar reduction, which is obtained by slowly reducing our PX vinegar.
