Este vino procede de un antiguo y singular viñedo denominado PAREDINAS, plantado al tresbolillo en el año 1927 sobre un terreno en ladera, con un suelo profundo y pobre en el que las vides alcanzan un equilibrio perfecto con su medio de cultivo.Su elaboración totalmente respetuosa con la uva, con una permanencia sobre sus lías de 24 meses en barricas de roble francés de grano extrafino y seguido de un afinado en botella de 12 meses, le confieren unos caracteres sensoriales excepcionales.
