Fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled ovoid concrete egg tanks enhance texture, purity, and freshness while imparting a distinct mineral character.
It shows deep color, with an intense purple hue and violet highlights. The nose is complex and elegant, offering an explosion of fresh fruit with floral and mineral notes reflecting its terroir. On the palate it is compact and flavorful, with fine tannins and a vibrant finish, where floral and mineral nuances stand out.
