A single-vineyard wine from the Pesquera de Duero plateau at 900 meters above sea level. Low yields (around 3,000 kg/ha) ensure concentration and precision. Fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled ovoid concrete egg tanks enhance texture, purity, and freshness while imparting a distinct mineral character.

It shows deep color, with an intense purple hue and violet highlights. The nose is complex and elegant, offering an explosion of fresh fruit with floral and mineral notes reflecting its terroir. On the palate it is compact and flavorful, with fine tannins and a vibrant finish, where floral and mineral nuances stand out. 

MANCHÓN & MIERES is a boutique winery, located in the municipality of Pesquera de Duero in the heart of the Golden Mile. Our first elaboration was in 2014. We understand wine as the expression of a land, marked by the rigor of the climate, the exceptionality. of the soil and the work of a family determined to achieve the maximum excellence of its wines, in which power and elegance go hand in hand.We have 16 hectares of vineyards in Pesquera de Duero, in a privileged location due to its altitude of 900 meters.The wines linked to the MANCHON & MIERES winery are different and distinguished from others in their surroundings because we only use grapes from our vineyards, in a single area, to give rise to personal wines with a constancy of quality over time. Our philosophy combines tradition with innovation, resulting in a portfolio that ranges from young wines aged in oak to a Reserva with five years of evolution in the cellar. It also includes our new 47PSQR Hormigón, a wine produced in an ovoid concrete tank, offering a distinctive wine with mineral and floral characteristics.
