Esile is the course of the Sil River, it is the essence that runs along the slopes of the Ribeira Sacra, connecting both banks only by small stone rows formed in its path by the majesty of its waters. Cultivated in red clay soils that give it apeculiar minerality and matured on its fine lees mark the differentiating character of this Godello.

What started as a passionate personal project more than 60 years ago has grown into a large company group in the wine sector, one which still maintains the same family character and traditions that it held at the beginning. Maintaining this delicate balance is the true essence of Bodegas Gallegas.
